I provide professional counselling and therapy for adults and couples (18+) in Wexford, supporting issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, bereavement, self-esteem, and relationship difficulties.

Getting Started..

Willow Counselling Service offers appointments over Zoom, by phone or face to face, in a confidential setting where privacy and sensitivity are prioritised. Our first meeting is an opportunity to welcome you and allow you to experience how we might work together going forwards.  It is also an opportunity to ascertain if this service is right for you, taking into account your needs and reasons for seeking counselling at this time in your life.

I am keenly aware that any decision to engage in counselling needs careful consideration, commitment and dedication to stay the course especially when life is intense and difficult to tolerate.  It takes patience, courage, self-compassion, encouragement and support to allow yourself to be brave and vulnerable at the same time.  Rest assured you will not be alone in your journey.

Individual Counselling (One-to-One Therapy)

Confidential one-to-one counselling for adults (18+) in a safe, supportive space. I work with issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, bereavement, trauma, and self-esteem, helping you gain clarity and improve your emotional wellbeing.

Couples Counselling

A supportive space for couples to explore relationship challenges, including communication difficulties, conflict, and trust issues. Sessions focus on improving understanding, strengthening connection, and building healthier relationship patterns.

Our relationship with ourselves is key to how we go on to relate with others.

It can support us or hold us back, often showing up as resistance or feeling stuck in familiar patterns that prevent us from living authentically. I am interested in exploring how you became the person you are today—how family, community, society, and culture have influenced your sense of self.

Feeling accepted, nurtured, and seen by our environment is essential for healthy growth and development. Therapy can help you move from feeling isolated and alone to finding a sense of belonging and celebration within yourself and with others.
